As mortgage lenders or brokers, we need to deliver underwriting packages and conditions to our investors quickly. Some investors have made strides with electronic delivery of documents, but the need for next day delivery is still a large expense for our operations. Many lenders and brokers have found that delivering application packages or disclosures via next day service impresses their clients. But the high cost of providing this service has stopped many from offering this service. Not anymore.

By putting the buying power of our client base to work, our negotiations yielded not only a great low rate, but also the ability for you to send your files in DHL provided cardboard legal paks and you'll be charged as if it weighs less than 8ozs!! No more 1, 2 or 3 lb delivery charges for one or two files sent for underwriting in this type of packaging. Bottom line - whatever you can fit in their legal cardboard envelope and seal it, they will ignore the actual weight for our clients!

The delivery options available to you under this program are Next Day by Noon, Next Day by 3 PM, and Second Day delivery.

DHL is the world's largest and most experienced international air express network with over 170,000 employees providing service to 220 countries.

DHL has adopted the same zone system as carriers like UPS and FedEx, so you save even more on nearby shipments. You can view DHL zones by clicking here.

All three carriers have also adopted incorporating a delivery fuel surcharge based upon current fuel costs. The charge varies monthly. You can view DHL's current surcharge by clicking here.

Your billing will be handled by MMH. When you sign up under our program, you will be required to submit a valid credit card (MC, VISA, or AMEX) for your weekly shipments to be charged to. You benefit with our great pricing and you'll receive any benefits your credit card provides for rewards.

• If you prefer a pick-up, dial 800 CALL DHL or request a pick-up online and a driver will be dispatched to pick up your package or letter (Additional charges may apply).
  
  
• DHL Web Shipping lets you print your airway bill right on your computer and lets you notify DHL that a package is ready for pickup. You can also track shipments anywhere in the world. DHL Web Shipping is available to members at no additional charge.
